We usually process and ship orders within 1-2 business days and please allow 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive and email notification with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. All orders are shipped via USPS.
If you need to receive your order more quickly we do offer Priority Mail through USPS which usually delivers in 2-5 business days depending on where you are located. We ship from Orlando Florida.
When your order has been handed off to the USPS any delays once the package is in their hands is out of our control. We have access to the same tracking information provided within your notification email. We are happy to help assist you if your package has been lost or undelivered.
If you haven’t received and email confirmation for your order OR tracking information within 14 days of placing the order, pleasecontact uswith your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If you entered the incorrect shipping address, pleasecontact usASAP since we try to ship orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already been shipped, then you will need to pay to have the item re-shipped to the correct address if possible.
